The services and help that I have recieved from Tafe SA is exceptional I have had no issues in understanding what I need to do. I feel comfortable talking to whomever I need as everyone has been vrey polite and easy to communicate with no complaints whatsoever.
The room number on the enrollment letter was not correct. It was N201E on the letter, but actually held at the room no. N201A. I reveived a reminder but there was no information about the location so if you could include the location information as well that would be nice,
Absolutely disappointed in the efforts of TAFE SA. Did not help me one bit. I tried to enroll in Jan/Feb I'm still waiting to be enrolled. Since the day I pressed the enroll button I have been mucked around and been neglected with no help or contact. I could be half way through my course if I had of gone through a private provider. I contacted TAFE helpline on numerous occasions to book a counselling session as per my course requirements as there were no spots available. I am also still waiting for a phone call back. When contacted by a family friend who is an employee of TAFE, TAFE blamed me stating I didn't check the website when I was expecting a phone call with more times available. (1 month later I'm still waiting for a phone call) I'm FURIOUS!!!!! Ive heard from friends I'm not the only one going through these problems of neglect. lift your standards TAFE SA
After many frustrating attempts in trying to enrol I finally made the phone call in order to get assistance to be able to finalise my enrolment. I was booked for a phone call for counselling in order to complete the final stages of enrolment, only to receive an email stating that I was booked in for a counselling session at 9am for the same day I was expecting a phone call. Unfortunately due to me being at work and the email being of a no reply origin I was unable to continue with this process. So I am still left feeling frustrated and annoyed by something which should be a simple process but is far from it in reality.

Was supposed to have a phone call at 2 pm for course counselling. After waiting 35 minutes I rang to see why no one had called, only to be told all lecturers were having a planning day. Very inconvenient, and no follow up appointment has been made. Then I get an email asking for a review - cheeky!
My counselling session with Allison Miller was great! She was able to provide me with relevant details
regarding the course which i will be undertaking. Allison was able to steer me in the right direction regarding which modules i would need to successfully complete the course. Bottom line Allison was helpful!!!
I have enrolled for Cert II Customer Engagement three weeks ago. I got an email a week later to do online induction after which, I was only able to make an appointment with faculty. No proper communication on whether this would be via phone or face-to-face. I got a call stating later stating there would be an email sent to me the same day to start the course, But never received one apart from this survey. I really unhappy with the online enrollment and online appointment bookings. I am happy to use the technology as long as there is no hassle to complete but TAFE seems to really difficult to enroll and study. Poor Communication and management.

I don't have the name of the person that I spoke to but she was very nice. She said that she would send me an email, straight away so that I would be able to send her my LLN results. I still haven't heard from her. Other than that all went well.
I had arrange a phone interview. At 1.pm an hour before hand I had an email that confirmed that it was happening. Unfortunately I had no phone call. And had no one tell me it was canceled. And another apartment was not made :( this makes people frustrated!
I waited like two and a half hours and never got a call. I called twice to ask what was happening - the second time I did apparently the person gave my details to the lecturer, but I haven't heard anything. I am still waiting. This was terrible. If you have to book a very specific time for an appointment the least you could expect is for the other person to actually show up. Asking me for my feedback is galling.
